If you have changed your mind about your purchase, we offer a 14 day return policy. Upon receipt of your returned item, we will issue a refund of the purchase price (minus any incurred fees) to the payment method that was used for the purchase.
We reserve the right to refuse a return if the item is not in its original condition, for example, if it been damaged or modified in any way.
In-person collection from The Margate Gallery is available Monday to Friday between 10am and 4pm. Your order number and valid ID will be required upon collection. The artwork will be securely packaged for transportation.
Alternatively, if you wish to arrange transportation of the artwork through your own courier, please note our opening times are Monday to Friday between 10am and 4pm and the collection slot must be arranged within these opening hours.
